Sales & Service Policy and Terms & Conditions

1. GST : Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged extra at the applicable rate, currently 18%, along with any other local statutory levies as applicable.

2. Changes in Duties or Taxes : Any increase or decrease in import duty, GST, or other applicable local taxes after the issuance of the Purchase Order will be charged additionally at the time of supply.

3. Delayed Payment Charges : Payments not made within the agreed time frame will attract interest at 21% per annum.

4. Transportation Charges : Transportation costs will be charged on an actual basis.

5. Unloading Responsibility : The customer is responsible for arranging unloading of the equipment at the site.

6. Warranty Coverage : A 1-year comprehensive warranty covering spare parts and labour is provided for the equipment only.
   Items such as accessories, upholstery, plastic components, cables, rubber parts, and other wear-and-tear components are excluded from the warranty.

7. GST Registration Details : Customers are required to provide their GST registration details along with the Purchase Order.
   If GST details are not submitted, the customer will be treated as URD (Unregistered Dealer) and GST benefits cannot be availed.
   Once the invoice and E-Way Bill are generated, no modifications to the invoice will be possible.

Service Terms

1. If the required product is available at our Kolkata Head Office, delivery will be completed within 5–7 working days.

2. If the product is not available at our Kolkata Head Office, delivery will be completed within 10–15 working days.

3. Wear-and-tear components are not covered under any warranty or guarantee.

4. The quotation remains valid for 1 week from the date of issue.

5. Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required before processing the order.

Sales Terms

1. Pricing : All prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of GST, which will be charged as applicable.

2. Payment Terms : Orders will be processed only after receiving 100% advance payment.

3. Delivery Timeline

   • 15–20 days if the product is in stock.

   • 120–150 days if the product is not in stock.

4. Warranty : A 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labour is provided. : Consumables such as upholstery, rubber, plastic components, and other consumable items are excluded.

5. Transportation and Unloading : Transportation and unloading charges will be borne by the customer or arranged by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation : Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the advance payment will not be refunded.

7. Quotation Validity : The quoted prices remain valid for 7 days.
