Brief Overview

Our contractual service plans (AMC / ASC) are designed to provide structured and reliable maintenance support for gym equipment throughout the year. These agreements include scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) along with responsive support for service calls during the contract period.

The contracts ensure that equipment is regularly inspected, maintained, and kept in optimal operating condition. Our service team attends maintenance visits professionally to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance. These service contracts help gym facilities maintain safe, efficient, and long-lasting equipment operations.

• Non comprehensive contract for labour support only.

• PVC covers, wear and upholstery excluded.

• Contract validity limited to twelve months.

• Separate contract required for additional year.

• Preventive Maintenance Service attended during contract.

• PMS attended irrespective of service call.

• Service call and PMS carried simultaneously.

• Services supported from nearest branch office.

• First party not liable for service delays.

• Damages from negligence or misuse excluded.

• Electrical disturbance or faulty installation excluded.

• Shifting or reinstallation within city chargeable.

• Outstation installation requires travel and lodging.

• Company liability limited to contract value.

• Spare replacement cost borne by second party.
